RETURN POLICY

We have a 7 business day return policy on orders that are shipped incorrect. ALL SHIPPED ORDERS return/exchange policy will start the day the item is delivered. We are able to check delivery dates, PLEASE keep that in mind. ALL items must still be in its original state with all it's original packaging returned. Once we've received your item/items your refund will be processed for ORDERS SHIPPED INCORRECTLY IF APPLICABLE. If everything matches your order receipt you won't receive a refund and will need to place a new order for any mistakes you've made.  If we made an error we will email you a prepaid shipping label. It is your responsibility to print out the label and ship it to us. Once we've received your return we will inspect it to make sure there aren't any damages to it and process your refund if applicable. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! WE ONLY DO RETURNS FOR MISTAKES WE'VE MADE. Please note that returns are only for orders done incorrectly  by us ONLY. WE DON'T DO RETURNS/EXCHANGES! 

You will need to email us for return to sender address. The address we use on our packages isn't our return address. THANK YOU.

SHIPPING POLICY

We inspect every item before it's shipped/picked up for damages. In our years of service we haven't ever shipped anything that we knew was damaged. We take pride in everything we do and honesty is a part of our brand. Please contact your local post office or call 1-800-275-8777 for all packages that are damaged, lost or stolen package/packages saying it's been delivered but you haven't received it. Once your order is shipped its out of our control what happens to your package .WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT. If you live in an area where crime rate is high please leave in the note section when you are checking out that you would like to request that your package be signed for. You will need to file a claim with USPS for all damaged, lost or stolen packages, the best option in doing so is to file your claim online through their website.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped 2-7 business days after processing. Custom jewelry takes 10-16 business days for processing and shipping. WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED. Some orders may take longer to ship if the status of the order is still pending meaning we haven't successfully received your payment yet.
